​The campus of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church is located in the Summerville section of Augusta, Georgia. Challenged with a growing congregation and an land locked site, the church hired Studio 3 Design Group to develop a master plan for their campus. The Masterplan proposed several areas of expansion to support the church’s expanding ministries as well as, functional changes to many of the existing structures. An expanded sanctuary, relocated the children’s Daycare/Sunday school, facilities, new administrative offices, and new youth activities buildings are among the improvements. The planned expansion to the sanctuary will increase seating from 800 to 1,000 seats in order to accommodate a growing congregation. A new administration building on the corner of Monte Sano and McDowell Street, will give the church offices better visibility and accessibility to the general public and visitors. The new youth building includes a bookstore, cafe, 300 seat worship space, and classroom area. Oriented towards the Augusta State University campus. It is planned to include a college ministry.
